If you use a Give Network provider (aka a "Giver"), you will receive a closing cost credit toward your purchase, sale, or refinance transaction. Our Givers believe in homeownership and have committed to giving a portion of their commissions back to you to support your homeownership goals.
If you use a Give Network provider (aka "Giver"), your Giver has agreed to donate a portion of their commission on your behalf to a charity of your choosing from our Give Network accredited charities.

Brian is the proud husband of Dina and father of Evan and Cassandra. Brian started in mortgage business in 1991 and is passionate about educating people about the power of homeownership to create life changing differences and generational wealth. In 1998, Brian and Dina found out their daughter had cerebral palsy after she had the first of thousands of seizures. They were fortunate to have been connected to the right charitable groups who gave guidance on obtaining the right services for their daughter. But along that journey they realized that not everyone was so fortunate and there was a huge need for the good works that many charities do.
With the personal experience of having a child with special needs and the introduction to many charities through different networking groups, Brian decided to do something bigger. The real estate industry is one that embraces the spirit of giving and Brian wanted to create a network of professionals that commit to the systematic giving to charities and homebuyers and sellers to promote homeownership and strengthen the communities in which we work and live. Rather than the one-off giving that many already do, our goal is to bring the power of community together in one nationwide network where the generous giving of the Give Network professionals will gain more visibility to the public and therefore encourage more people to work within our network.
By doing so, we can increase the amount of good we can do for our communities. And our goal is to do all of this while all of the donations and closing cost assistance goes directly to charities and consumers and NOT to the Give Network.
